this momma called me

to capture the everyday chaos, everyday beauty of her little ones just about a year apart. 

So hearing from her again this summer was too much fun-

her little ones just a little bit taller, 

just a little bit sillier

and even bigger smiles.

Jinn + Family

Jinn called me because her precious babies are just growing too fast,

their yummy rolls slimming too quickly,

their gummy smiles fading as the pearlies make their way through.

She called me asking to capture these moments of babyhood, their full cheeks,

their sweet curls,

their innocent pondering,

their wet kisses,

their home,

their life.

Oh how we mommas understand this, celebrations of every little milestone, triumphs of time passing, bittersweet, yes, but so, so sweet.

And so we spent the afternoon together, their momma, beaming papa and not-for-long babies.

Thank you, Jinn, for letting me join your family for a time.
